Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bett55 ("bett55", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bett55 website located at bett55.pro, including all associated services, game categories, account features, payment functionalities, and promotional programmes offered through the Platform.

By accessing bett55.pro, creating a bett55 account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or accepting any promotional offer from bett55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bett55 Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bett55 Privacy Policy and the bett55 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bett55. References to "bett55 Terms" include these supplementary documents unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a bett55 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+ Only
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — registering for personal use only.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a bett55 account suspended, terminated, or closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. bett55 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time, including through its Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process.

bett55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Minors who gain access to bett55 through any means including falsification of age will have their accounts closed and their deposited funds returned without any associated bonus funds.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active bett55 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where bett55 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, including deposited funds, may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bett55 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your bett55 account while your credentials are authenticated is deemed to have been carried out by you.

If you suspect that your bett55 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bett55 immediately via email at [email protected]. bett55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

bett55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — not less than 7 calendar days — may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bett55 supports a range of PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR for mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) and 1,000 PKR for bank transfers. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency transactions is the equivalent of 1,000 PKR in USDT at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your bett55 account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawal capability is activated.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — bett55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• bett55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within the account wallet section.

bett55 does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider — whether a mobile wallet operator, bank, or cryptocurrency network — may apply their own transaction fees. bett55 is not responsible for any fees levied by payment providers.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bett55 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotional-specific terms, the promotional-specific terms prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bett55 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for direct withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be transferred to the main PKR wallet and requested for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live Dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at different rates than slot games. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, email address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bett55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional offers are available to players aged 18 and above only. 18+ Only

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bett55 Platform are subject to individual game rules that are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real PKR wagers.

All non-live bett55 casino games — including Jackpot Slots, RNG Table Games, and virtual game formats — operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Certification is conducted by recognised third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not influenced by previous outcomes or player behaviour.

Rocket Crash operates on a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is cryptographically committed before the round begins, and players can independently verify any round's outcome using the public verification tools available within the Rocket Crash interface.

Live Dealer content is streamed from professional studio environments operated by licensed third-party suppliers. Live Dealer games use physical cards, wheels, or equipment operated by trained human dealers in real time. bett55 does not control or influence the outcome of Live Dealer game results.

Sports Betting Rules

The bett55 sports betting sportsbook covers cricket (including the HBL Pakistan Super League and international fixtures), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the live sportsbook interface. The availability of markets, odds, and bet types is at bett55's discretion and subject to change.

bett55 operates as a fixed-odds betting platform for pre-match wagers. Odds are confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. For in-play (live) betting, odds are updated in real time and the odds available at the moment of bet acceptance are the odds applied to that wager.

Sports betting rules specific to each sport — including settlement procedures, void conditions, match postponement rules, and walkover outcomes — are published within the bett55 sportsbook help section. Players must read and understand sport-specific rules before placing wagers.

• bett55 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market or event at its discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, settlement rules are determined by the specific sport rules in force for that event.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets are settled based on the results of all individual selections. A void selection within a parlay reduces the parlay leg count rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the specific parlay rules state otherwise.
• bett55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bett55 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one bett55 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with bett55 games, the sportsbook, or the bett55 website in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Colluding with other players in any bett55 game, including Live Dealer table games.
• Using the bett55 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at any point during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your bett55 account by any minor.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bett55 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bett55 Platform — including but not limited to the bett55 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, text, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the intellectual property of bett55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bett55 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bett55 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bett55 software or game code.
• Use bett55 brand assets — including the bett55 name or logo — in any form of commercial activity, advertising, or promotion without written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of bett55.pro on any external website or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bett55's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the bett55 Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their bett55 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bett55 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or earnings arising from your use of the bett55 Platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of bett55 Platform services — including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from delays, errors, or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any Pakistani bank.
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information published on bett55.pro.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bett55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

bett55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to inactivity procedures communicated to the registered email address.

Players may close their own bett55 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining PKR wallet balance — excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their last active payment method following successful KYC verification.

Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be prevented from reopening the account for the self-exclusion period selected. bett55 staff will not facilitate the early removal of a self-exclusion applied for responsible gaming purposes.

Responsible Gaming

bett55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base in Pakistan. We recognise that a small number of individuals may experience difficulty controlling their gaming activity, and we are committed to providing effective tools and resources to support those individuals.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bett55 account holders at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings section after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your bett55 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a configurable period of continuous gaming activity on bett55.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from bett55 for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion prevents login and all marketing communications for the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

bett55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bett55 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account not less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the bett55 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your bett55 account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms — including the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page — supersedes all previous versions. Historical versions of the Terms are available on request by contacting [email protected].

Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and bett55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the bett55 Platform, you agree to first contact bett55's English support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. bett55 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.

bett55 makes decisions on all matters arising under these Terms — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — in its sole discretion. bett55's decision on all game result disputes is final and binding.
